RETURN AND REFUND

We do not offer refunds on returns for purchased items. All sales are final. Kindly check the size, fit, material, and color before placing an order. If there are any issues with your order, we will address them through exchanges.

EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange for a different size or item, please contact our customer support ( blalow.co@gmail.com ) within 3 days after delivery, and we will arrange a return pickup for your order. It's important to note that exchanges will only be processed for the same amount as the original order value. Once we receive the product, the new item will be dispatched within 2-3 days. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a gift card for the same amount.

CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)

Ensure that the tags are intact for a seamless process. Returns without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Exchanges will only be accepted once per order and will not be approved for the same order a second time.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product, we apologize and are eager to assist you. Take pictures and a video of the damaged product and email them to blalow.co@gmail.com . We will arrange an exchange for your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. If a mistake has been made with your order information, you can email us at blalow.co@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we will gladly update it.
