EXCHANGE
If you need to exchange for a different size or item, please contact our customer support (blalow.co@gmail.com ) within 3 days after delivery, and we will arrange a return pickup for your order. It's important to note that exchanges will only be processed for the same amount as the original order value. Once we receive the product, the new item will be dispatched within 2-3 days. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a gift card for the same amount.
CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)
Ensure that the tags are intact for a seamless process. Returns without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Exchanges will only be accepted once per order and will not be approved for the same order a second time.
